Kristen Johnson, known as Miss Kris to her students and KR Johnson to her readers, is a fun and popular teacher specializing in kids with learning difficulties. Kristen is the author of a fantastic book for young people of all ages: The Eleventh Sense. She is also a founding member of the fabulous interactive improv performance group, The Ladybugs. Today we are going to learn about working with others, the importance of the arts in society, and teaching young people.

The Castlegar branch of the Selkirk college (BC, Canada) is experimenting with a special compost program in an effort to divert the up to 2.9 tonnes of organic waste the college generates every single year.
