Save Money, recycling, biofuel, social networking

-- Energy saving tips --   *Source: Fortis BC Power-sense Newsleltter Set your air conditioner to 25˚ C – and only cool the rooms you are currently using. Close the doors to other rooms that have low traffic use and keep the air moving with fans. Turn fans and air conditioners off when leaving the home for more than 10 min. And don’t run the conditioners at night unless you absolutely have to. Try opening windows and running fans at night instead – besides, it is quieter! Recycling, Conscious Business

-- Quote of the Day --  “Our consciousness is always creating - so if you are beating yourself up if you are hard on yourself, giving things away – or feeling that unless you do more (or suffer) you are not get what you need …and this shows that you have a sense of lack, and showing that you are not valuing yourself. …It is so difficult to get out of this because that energy doesn’t allow for positive thinking. ..It is a habit really – this became your way of interpreting the world. It becomes your go-to reaction as to why you don’t have what you want. – So give it space, and consider if it is really true, and what are the other possibilities that might be true. It is going to take some effort. But as you open up the possibility of other explanations then you’ll realize that maybe your thoughts are not true.” ~ Nat Couropmitree Today’s quote originates from the Conscious Discussions Talk Radio episode titled: Conscious Creation for Business Owners  (*Click o

So far, she says, " We have raised $234 (not counting book sales) " Here is some information about the fundraiser, written by Karin:   "We’ve had an upsetting number of forest fires in the West, and Colorado Springs has been especially hard hit, with over 35,000 people evacuating their homes and hundreds of homes destroyed or damaged by the flames.  People have come from all over the nation to assist in fighting the fires, and so many are going to have to rebuild their homes from scratch. I want my story to help them. Coyote Fires is now up in a serial format at http://coyotefires.karinafabian.com .  I have a donation button on the site, and I’m asking that if you enjoy the story, you help me help others by donating a little to the cause.  You can donate as little as $1.  For every $10 I earn (from one to ten donors), I’ll put up a
