Household energy use...

-- Quote of the Day --

“It is not just how you act, but how you react is what counts.”

-- Did you know? --

Did you know that just heating your home can eat up about 48% of the electricity used in your home?

According to the PowerLines Newsletter, air source heat pumps generally use 35-50% less energy than baseboard heaters.

Heating the water up can use 19% of your energy bill, the rest is consumed in lighting and appliances.
